Welcome to “Need to Read”, the official book blog of the Southfield Christian Elementary School Library. Here are some rules to follow as you are blogging on this page.

If you are posting a comment:

You must include the TITLE (all caps) and author with your 2-3 sentence comment about the book. An additional sentence should tell what you thought of the book.

Try to use your best English skills, including capital letters, punctuation, and spelling.

You must sign your comment. Sign your first name only, no last names.

Do not post any personal information.

Do not make unkind comments about any person or any posting.

All comments will be moderated by Mrs. Bergsma before they will be posted online. She will decide which comments will be posted.

To make a comment:

Choose the correct “label” (biography, fantasy…) and click on it. Next, scroll to the bottom of the comments to the heading “Leave a Comment”. Write your first name, enter the anti-spam word and then type your comment in the box.  Click “Say It!”. Your comment will be posted after it is approved by your teacher.
